ICHO Associations are for owners and breeders that have interest in a specific type of Curly horse. Several Associations have been formed through the years to promote or preserve a specific Curly group. Click the links to learn more about each Association.

From The Official ICHO Handbook:
Associations are for breeders and owners that have similar interests in specific goals or a specific "type" of Curly. Breed development, type/bloodline preservation and athletic disciplines are examples of Association goals.
REQUIREMENTS
1.Shall Be consistent with the Mission Statement, Goals and Bylaws of ICHO.
2. Have a clear written mission statement, goals and regulations, which have been approved by the ICHO Board of Directors.
3. Each Association shall have a presiding officer, a secretary, and other officers as needed.
4. Groups requesting Association formation must have sufficient membership interest, as determined by the ICHO Board.
5. Proper forms must be filled out and submitted as instructed.
APPROVAL
A. Requests for association formation shall be submitted to the Board of Directors at any regular board meeting and shall be approved or rejected with recommendation.
B. Pending Board approval, the new association will be announced to the general membership through the Gazette, ICHO's newsletter.
Approved Associations Requirements
Association Reports must be supplied to the board for quarterly meetings. This will include activity, members and current officers of the Association. Use the online form below for your quarterly reports (Winter/Spring/Summer/Fall)
ICHO Association Application
Only ICHO members may submit an Association Application and there must be at least 10 other ICHO members listed as Association member supporters.
