Request for Printed Mailed Gazette~ For ICHO Members only

Because of the rapidly rising costs of printing and mailing the ICHO Gazette, we are offering two options for receiving the ICHO Gazette. The online version is always free found on the Members Only webpage. For those that prefer a printed mailed copy we are offering that option with a $10.00 yearly fee for ICHO Members. If you want the mailed copy, please submit the form below and then click the online Payment/PayPal cart button below as well. The form is so we have you current mailing info plus your request for mailed copies. No Gazette will be mailed after the Winter 2012 issue unless we have your request form and $10.00 payment.
